The Manteca Watermelon Street Fair is one of the largest and most celebrated events in the region and voted among the top events to attend in Northern California! Drawing over 50,000 attendees annually, this two-day event brings the community together with delicious food, live music, unique vendors, and interactive activities for all ages.
For more than 30 years, the fair has not only been a summer highlight for residents and visitors alike but also a powerful economic driver—generating thousands of dollars in revenue for the City of Manteca and local businesses.

🏃♂️ Watermelon Relay Race – Team up and race your way through silly, watermelon-themed obstacles.
👗 NEW! Watermelon Costume Contest – For the first time ever, we’re hosting a Watermelon Costume Contest! Come dressed in your most creative watermelon-themed outfit for a chance to win. The top 3 winners will take home a sweet prize!
It’s a full day of family-friendly fun, laughter, and community spirit—all in the heart of Downtown Manteca!
