Our tasting room features olive oils from local California olive farmers and olive oils imported from overseas, as well as balsamic vinegars imported from Modena, Italy. Our restaurant is full service, offering Mediterranean and Italian food (e.g., kabobs, hummus, fettucine alfredo, Bolognese), as well as New Haven-style pizza which is characterized by its thin, charred (not burnt!), crispy yet chewy crust, premium cheeses (our pecorino Romano cheese comes from Italy), and rich flavorful sauce made from the best tomatoes (our sauce is made from tomatoes grown locally in the San Joaquin Valley.) Our market offers snacks, drinks, local honey, local milk, gourmet food products, and gifts. Our market and restaurant also serves as an event venue. We have hosted holiday parties, birthday parties, wedding receptions, baby showers, and more.
