The Cpl. Charles O. Palmer II Memorial Troop Support Program is a volunteer effort designed to give your “everyday” citizen an opportunity to reach out to active duty Military personnel serving on the front lines defending our Country.

This support program was born from the ashes of personal tragedy. After the death of Cpl. Charles O. Palmer (KIA Iraq May, 5th 2007), the Palmer family sought opportunity to minister to other troops standing in the gap offering the same sacrificial service to our great nation that their son Cpl. Palmer gave his life for.

The support program is simple. Personal Care Packages sent to individual troops on the front lines. Anyone can do it, anyone can help. We welcome you to join our efforts!

The Palmer family warmly offers our gratitude for the support we have received in the wake of Charles’ death. The support of churches, organizations, individuals and the community have been monumental and instrumental in our ongoing healing process.
