The City of Lathrop’s Economic Development division is dedicated to attracting, retaining, and helping businesses grow within our community. Serving as a primary point of contact for prospective businesses and site selectors, the Economic Development staff provides information on business incentives, financing opportunities, available properties, permitting process, development fees and more. The City values our existing employers too, and is available to assist businesses who are starting up, expanding or have a need to relocate. Our staff is here to help.
