We’re excited to host the Chamber Coffee at Excel Health & Fitness — and we’re shaking things up in the best way!

➡️ Arrive early for a fun, free 30-minute workout at 7:15 AM — no experience needed, just good energy! Don’t be afraid, it’ll be fun for all!
➡️ Coffee + breakfast tacos served right after at 8:00 AM for the traditional Chamber gathering.
➡️ We’ve got showers & changing space if you want to freshen up — no pressure.
