Steve DeBrum is a former dairy farmer and ag leader who helped usher in an economic boom for Manteca as a City Councilman and Mayor. He led efforts to improve fire and police safety, attract new businesses, improve access to quality housing, and forged strong partnerships throughout the region. He’ll do the same as County Supervisor.
