Jose Nuño is the Owner and Principal of Jose Nuno Consulting located in Manteca, CA. He has over 20 years of experience in the development of affordable housing and community development throughout the Central Valley of California. He is experienced in a variety of development projects including: multi‐family, single family and business tenant improvements. Jose has overseen and directly managed hundreds of real estate development projects through successful completion of acquisition, land development entitlement (licensing, permitting),contract oversight and management. Jose holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor’s of Art in Psychology.
