Co-founder Suzanne Candini’s deeply rooted professional presence for more than 25 years in the Central Valley building and real estate industry has established Manzanita Ventures with the desired credibility not usually afforded to such start-ups. Most notably, her 16 years with Stockton-based Florsheim Homes as president and CEO, as well as being a co-owner, provided her the landscape in which she established her exacting leadership qualities and prolific business acumen. Her hand-selected team reflects her own commitment to making Manzanita Ventures a success. Joining Ms. Candini on the Manzanita Ventures leadership team are co-founder Rachelle Souza, Benjamin Dumlao, Alice Campbell, Michele Flowers, Dawn Sadlowski, Cynthia Winegarden and Kim Yanez.
